An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional.
Position Overview:
- Reporting to the Station Manager, the Station Supervisor would be responsible for the smooth Operation of the Filling Station.
- Ensure safety and statutory compliance at the stations.
- Responsible for effective Customer Service and Relationship Management.
- Manages the Logistic Officers.
- Ensures an effective storage system as well as Managing Minimum and Maximum Stock Level.
- Ensure the station is profitably run.
- Manges the Pump Attendants for effective Service Delivery.
- Prepare and Send Daily Reports.
- Carry out Price and Competition Survey as well as Product Analysis .
- Interface and Liaise with regulatory bodies. Such as: NMDPRA, Pedan, e.t.c
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree and HND in Business Administration or similar course of study from a Reputable University.
- 2+ Years Relevant Cognate Experience as a Filling Station Supervisor.
- Must be Passionate, Hardworking, Honest and Result Oriented.
