About the Role
Virgin Forest Energy Limited is seeking a qualified Station Manager to oversee the operations of our fuel station in Lagos, Nigeria. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, staff, and ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining compliance with all corporate policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and evaluate the operations of the fuel station
- Manage staff and assign duties
- Create and maintain employee schedules
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Enforce all corporate, local, and state policies and procedures
- Utilize and cooperate with customer appreciation and incentive programs
- Drive growth and success initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university (minimum Second Class) in Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience as a Filling Station Manager in the Nigerian Oil and Gas downstream sector
- Background in depot sales of petroleum products
- Strong negotiation, marketing, and reporting skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
