Sports Coach - Supreme Badge World Ltd, Lagos

We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Sports Coach to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for training, mentoring, and managing school sports programs, ensuring students build fundamental skills, discipline, and a love for sports. Key Responsibilities:  

• Plan and conduct training sessions for students in various sports.

• Organize inter-house sports, competitions, and talent development programs.

• Provide mentorship, discipline, and motivation to young athletes.

• Ensure proper use and care of sports equipment.

• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on training progress.

• Promote company values and represent Supreme Badge World Limited at school events.

Requirements: & Qualifications 

• Minimum of NCE/OND in Physical & Health Education, Sports Science, or related field (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).

• At least 1–2 years of experience in sports coaching or training.

• Strong knowledge of basketball, football, athletics, and other school sports.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work with children and young people.

• Passionate about grassroots sports development.

• Must reside within Kosofe, Ikorodu, Ikeja, Ifako-Ijaiye, or Alimosho.
