Position Summary

You will be handling parts sales and service workshop enquiries on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that customers receive the correct parts on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle parts sales and service workshop enquiries on a daily basis
• Prepare estimations and pricing in adequate time to satisfy customer needs
• Monitor inventory bins and determine which parts need reordering
• Monitor lost sales for inventory control purposes
• Apply knowledge of procedures for ordering special parts
• Work towards department objectives to achieve sales targets

Required Qualifications

• B.Sc. or HND degree, preferably in Engineering
• 5 years of experience in automotive parts, sales, and service from a reputable company
• Familiarity with automobile products, sales, and service operations
• Proficiency in computer applications and inventory management software
• Proficiency in Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC) systems
• Strong knowledge of computer operations
