About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for a Software Programmer cum Data Analyst position. This role requires expertise in Microsoft Office 365 administration, automation, and low/no-code development to enhance business processes and develop internal applications.

Key Responsibilities

Microsoft Office 365 Administration & Support:

• Manage Microsoft Office 365 accounts, including email creation, user support, and administration portal management
• Ensure smooth operation and troubleshooting of Office 365 services and applications
• Monitor system performance, security settings, and compliance with company policies

Automation & Process Improvement:

• Design and implement automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
• Develop and maintain Microsoft Forms integrated with SharePoint lists to streamline data collection and business processes
• Optimize and automate repetitive tasks within the Office 365 ecosystem to enhance efficiency

Software Development (Low/No-Code):

• Develop custom applications using low/no-code platforms within the organization
• Create user-friendly solutions tailored to internal business needs and workflows
• Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve functionality and user experience
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver efficient software solutions

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 administration and its suite of applications
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, SharePoint Lists, and Microsoft Forms for process automation
• Familiarity with low/no-code development platforms such as Power Apps or Mendix
• Understanding of data management, integration, and workflow automation
• Core programming language: Java
• Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
• Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and provide technical support
