## Title: SME Sales Associate

About the Role

Assets Microfinance Bank is seeking a dynamic SME Sales Associate to drive loan product sales and build strong client relationships. This role combines sales excellence with credit assessment, requiring someone who can identify opportunities, evaluate applications, and maintain portfolio quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of loan products by identifying and pursuing key business opportunities
  • Process loan applications and documentation, evaluating creditworthiness and financial eligibility
  • Interview applicants to assess financial capacity and loan feasibility
  • Analyze applicable ratios and metrics, establishing appropriate debt payment plans
  • Monitor and review loan portfolios to minimize risk exposure
  • Manage and retain existing client relationships through regular communication
  • Complete loan contracts and provide clients with guidance on policies and restrictions
  • Document and justify approval or rejection decisions with periodic reporting
  • Assess customer needs and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Develop and maintain referral networks within the industry
  • Suggest alternative service channels and products to achieve sales quotas
  • Maintain accurate and updated account records
  • Stay current with loan products and other financial services offerings

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in SME and personal loan sales, preferably in Microfinance Banking
  • Strong knowledge of retail and SME banking products and services
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively toward targets in a performance-driven environment
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer service orientation
