Key Responsibilities

• Ensure work aligns with project plans, specifications, and timelines
• Supervise site workers and subcontractors to maintain productivity and discipline
• Monitor and enforce safety compliance across all site activities
• Conduct quality control inspections and ensure standards are met
• Coordinate the delivery and use of materials, equipment, and labor resources
• Liaison with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients regarding project progress and issues
• Track project progress and manage budgets effectively
• Address on-site challenges, such as labor disputes, equipment breakdowns, or unforeseen site conditions with practical solutions
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and incident reports
• Prepare and manage project documentation

Required Qualifications

• B.Sc. Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of industry/field experience in construction or site management
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Available to resume immediately

Compensation

Monthly Salary: ₦400,000
