A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Responsibilities
  • Interpreting and understandirg construction drawings ard specifications
  • Conducting site surveys and establishing site control points
  • Setting cut construction lines and levels on site, inspect work to ryxintdn quality control stmdards
  • Supervise construction crews, assigning tasks and their activities on site
  • Manage site logistics irdudirg equipment ard access control
  • Enforce all safety regulations on ste corductng regulcr safety inspections and cßdressing potential haza•ds
  • Ensure complimce with all relevant building codes and
Qualifications/Requirments
  • HND / Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experierce in real estate construction projects and infrastructure.
  • Excellent problem-sdving and decision-making skills
  • COREN certification is an added advantage
