About the Role

Efficacy Construction Company is seeking a qualified Site Engineer to oversee construction operations and ensure successful project completion in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise construction workers and site activities
• Develop and provide work schedules for all workers
• Supervise contractor work and assign tasks to construction personnel
• Liaise with contractors, managers, and stakeholders to ensure coordination across all parties
• Organize equipment and manpower necessary for project completion
• Maintain safety and quality standards on site
• Keep detailed records of construction site activities
• Undertake technical and feasibility studies, including site investigations
• Identify and resolve design and development problems

Required Qualifications

• B.Sc. Degree or HND in Civil Engineering
• 3 years of work experience in Civil Engineering or Construction
• Advanced proficiency in structural design and visualization software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar programs)
• Strong knowledge of site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, and regulatory approvals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Residence within the Ibeju-Lekki axis
