About the Role

Robeck Locks Ltd is seeking Shop Floor Assistants to join our team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our customers, helping them process orders, prepare deliveries, and resolve queries while providing expert product guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with order processing and delivery preparation
• Provide expert advice and guidance to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
• Support customers with picking and arranging their orders
• Respond promptly and effectively to customer complaints and requests
• Advise customers on suitable products based on their needs
• Report customer issues, supply shortages, and inferior products to supervisor immediately
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Secondary School Leaving Certificate
• 1 – 3 years of work experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to lift and carry items
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous retail experience
