About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to join its team as a Shop Assistant. In this customer-focused position, you will be responsible for delivering excellent service while maintaining store operations and supporting the broader team.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to all walk-in customers
• Help customers find the products they need and offer alternatives when necessary
• Share product knowledge and upsell when appropriate
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
• Keep shelves well-arranged and restock items as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the store
• Record sales, customer requests, and feedback
• Support the store manager and work collaboratively as part of a team
• Assist in inventory checks and expiry date monitoring

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of SSCE/WAEC certification
• 0–2 years of work experience
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience (preferred)
• Must live close to Ring Road or be able to commute to work daily without delay
