Shift Production Manager at Rotic Aluminium Extrusion

About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to oversee daily shop floor operations across the entire aluminium extrusion production chain, from the melting of aluminium scrap to the packaging of finished aluminium profiles.

The Shift Production Manager will ensure that production targets are met safely, efficiently, and at the highest quality, while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all production activities during assigned shifts
• Allocate manpower and oversee operator performance
• Monitor production output and take corrective actions as needed
• Enforce safety, quality, and housekeeping standards on the shop floor
• Coordinate with logistics, maintenance, and QA teams
• Reduce downtime and material wastage through lean practices
• Maintain accurate shift reports and handover summaries
• Train and guide operators on SOPs and quality requirements

Required Qualifications

• HND or BSc in Engineering or related technical field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing shift leadership or shift supervisor role
• Strong knowledge of shop floor operations, lean manufacturing practices, and TPM methodologies
• Excellent team coordination, discipline enforcement, and problem-solving skills
• Results-driven mindset with strong attention to safety and output targets
