## Title: Shift In-Charge - Electrical

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Shift In-Charge - Electrical to lead and supervise power plant operations during assigned shifts. You will ensure reliable and efficient power generation while maintaining compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all plant operations during assigned shifts
Ensure continuous and safe operation of TG/Boiler units
Plan and execute operational strategies during normal and abnormal conditions
Coordinate with maintenance and other departments to ensure smooth plant performance
Approve switching and isolation procedures
Review shift logs, issue daily reports, and communicate critical issues to management
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards
Mentor and guide operational staff

Required Qualifications

HND qualification or B.Eng / B.Tech Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
5 - 10 years of experience in electrical maintenance and operations within a power, mining, or heavy industrial plant
Strong knowledge of HT/LT systems, motor control circuits, transformers, and troubleshooting of electrical faults during shifts

Compensation

N600,000 per month
