About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Lead to join our growing team in the Shawarma division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with Shawarma vendors and customers through proactive phone and WhatsApp communication.
You will serve as the first point of contact for welcoming new customers, verifying details, resolving complaints, and ensuring long-term customer retention. This role plays a critical part in protecting and expanding our market share across the neighborhood division.
Key Responsibilities
- Make daily phone calls to new and existing customers
- Verify customer details and process first-time orders
- Address customer complaints promptly and effectively
- Maintain long-term relationships with vendors
- Support the protection and growth of market share
- Accurately log complaints, resolutions, and verification records
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to handle objections and solve problems effectively
- Excellent follow-up discipline and documentation habits
- Experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar role (advantageous)
