Job Summary

The SharePoint Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint-based solutions that enhance collaboration, automate business processes, and drive the organization's digital transformation agenda. The jobholder will leverage Microsoft 365 tools including SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Teams to build efficient and scalable solutions. The role requires hands-on experience in developing custom SharePoint applications, managing site architecture, integrating systems across the Microsoft ecosystem, and ensuring optimal performance, governance, and security of SharePoint environments.

Key Accountabilities

• Solution Design & Development: Design, develop, and customize SharePoint solutions including lists, libraries, sites, and pages to address business needs and improve user experience. Develop custom SharePoint apps using Power Apps, SPFx (SharePoint Framework), or JavaScript frameworks such as React and TypeScript.
• Workflow Automation: Build, implement, and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate (Flow) or SharePoint Designer to streamline and enhance business processes across departments.
• Governance & Security: Manage permissions, access controls, and governance of SharePoint sites. Ensure compliance with company standards, data protection, and information security protocols.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Support: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions. Provide technical documentation, training, and ongoing support to end-users.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Monitor SharePoint performance, identify potential issues, and implement timely resolutions to ensure system reliability and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Developer Associate)
