Service & Sales Engineer

About the Role

Jocam Nigeria Limited is seeking 2 Sales and Service Engineers for the Marine industry. This is a full-time position based in Abraham Adesanya, Lagos and Trans Amadi, Port Harcourt. You will be responsible for driving sales, providing technical support, conducting customer visits, facilitating training, and managing the sales and service of our products across both locations.

Role Overview

This dual-role position combines sales acumen with deep technical expertise. You will identify customer needs, present technical solutions, generate sales leads, build lasting customer relationships, and provide comprehensive after-sales support including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Success in this role requires meeting sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development

• Identify and prospect new customers while maintaining relationships with existing clients
• Develop and deliver technical presentations and proposals for products and services
• Understand customer requirements and engineer solutions that meet their specific needs
• Collaborate with sales teams to achieve sales goals and negotiate pricing

Technical Support and Service

• Install, test, and maintain equipment at customer sites
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems reported by customers
• Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of products
• Perform and document all calibration and repairs according to company standards

Market and Product Analysis

• Research market products to effectively propose company alternatives
• Analyze sales data and provide reports on performance and market trends
• Relay customer feedback to product development and management teams for product improvement
