Role Summary
The Service Delivery Officer will be responsible for managing and tracking service enquiries from prospective clients, partners, and dealers. This role requires a high level of organizational skill, timely reporting, and effective communication to guarantee service satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all service-related enquiries, including survey and installation requests from prospective customers
- Coordinate service requests from partners, dealers, and sales executives
- Accurately complete, update, and send service delivery reports to relevant stakeholders
- Ensure proper handover of activated clients
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee prompt and efficient service delivery
Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in a relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in service operations or delivery roles
- Strong understanding of how operational decisions impact broader organizational goals
- Smart, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
