About the Role

An established company is seeking an experienced Service Apartment Manager to oversee all operations of service apartment properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Advertise and show vacant properties to prospective tenants
• Execute marketing activities
• Process applications and negotiate leases and rental rates
• Establish and enforce property rules
• Ensure buildings and facilities comply with local, state, and federal regulations
• Establish maintenance and staff schedules
• Hire, train, and monitor staff
• Collect and adjust rent and security deposits, and maintain tenant account records
• Investigate complaints and resolve conflicts
• Plan and oversee renovations, maintenance, repairs, and services
• Manage clerical and administrative tasks, including tax filing
• Manage all equipment, including generators and room facilities

Requirements

• HND or B.Sc in a relevant field
• Minimum 4 years of experience managing an apartment or hotel
• Knowledge of relevant operational software
• Residency within Ogba or nearby areas preferred
