About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join our dynamic and expanding team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lagos and Abuja.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the sales team
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Analyze market trends and competitor landscape
• Prepare and present sales reports
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Mentor and develop sales team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Proven experience in sales management and revenue growth
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing sales strategies
• Strong analytical skills for market trend analysis and sales reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven ability to lead and mentor sales teams
