An exciting opportunity is open for talented sales professionals to join a leading multinational brand in the electronics retail industry. We are seeking a driven sales leader with a passion for Consumer Electronics and Home Appliances to lead branch operations across Nigeria.

• Abuja (1 Position)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of a retail branch, ensuring sales growth, profitability, and exceptional customer experiences
• Drive retail, B2B, and channel distribution sales across your assigned region
• Supervise, train, and mentor a dynamic team to achieve peak performance
• Execute branch-level promotions, activations, and product launches in alignment with headquarters strategies
• Build strong relationships with customers, dealers, and corporate partners
• Maintain operational excellence with focus on inventory management, KPIs, and store profitability

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Electronics Retail, B2B Sales, or Channel Distribution (Consumer Electronics / Home Appliances preferred)
• Bachelor's degree required; BBA or MBA is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and prior ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in branch management, sales conversion, and customer engagement
• Goal-driven, ethical, organized, and performance-focused professional
• Open to travel for business and branch activities
