About the Opportunity
We are hiring a Senior Sales Executive for a leading FinTech company that is redefining financial inclusion in Nigeria and across Africa. This is an in-person, growth-focused role based in Lagos and Abuja, built for a driven performer who excels at lead generation, sales conversions, client relationship management, and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue by identifying, engaging, and converting high-potential prospects within assigned sales territories
- Build and manage a structured sales pipeline across B2B, institutional partners, and consumer segments
- Execute go-to-market activities including field activations, product demos, and marketplace engagements to boost adoption
- Maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up practices and delivery of superior customer experience to support retention
- Share market intelligence and on-ground feedback to improve product positioning and sales strategy
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of proven experience in direct sales, field sales, agency banking, fintech sales, or related roles
- Strong track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with the Lagos and Abuja ecosystem and ability to activate local networks
- Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and structured reporting
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
