Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive the sales of our diesel and gas generator portfolio. The ideal candidate will be a strategic hunter with a proven track record in B2B sales, capable of identifying high-value opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and closing complex deals. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to after-sales support, focusing on key sectors such as Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, Healthcare, and Construction.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Business Development
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets for diesel and gas generators
- Identify and target new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting revenue and tracking progress in the CRM system
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to position JMG's offerings effectively
Client Relationship Management
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key decision-makers (C-level executives, Project Managers, Facility Managers) in target industries
- Conduct in-depth client needs assessments to understand their power requirements and propose tailored generator solutions
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process, ensuring a seamless and professional experience
Technical Solutioning & Proposal Development
- Work closely with the technical and engineering teams to design optimal power solutions (sizing, fuel type, automation, etc.) for client projects
- Prepare and present detailed technical and commercial proposals, including specifications, pricing, and commercial terms
- Lead technical presentations and product demonstrations for clients and at industry events
Negotiation & Deal Closure
- Lead contract negotiations and close complex deals with attention to commercial viability and client satisfaction
