## Title: Senior Sales Coordinator

About the Role

Smartflow Technologies Limited is seeking a dedicated Senior Sales Coordinator to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. This is a key position that combines sales development, client relationship management, and administrative responsibilities to drive business growth and maintain strong client partnerships.

Prospecting and Lead Generation

  • Identify potential clients through research, networking, cold calling, and other lead generation tools
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Set and achieve sales goals and targets

Product and Service Presentations

  • Present products or services to clients with a focus on explaining features and benefits
  • Negotiate terms of agreement and close deals to achieve sales targets

Client and Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to foster trust and loyalty
  • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts and identify opportunities for upselling
  • Ensure ongoing client satisfaction
  • Handle and resolve client inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely manner

Administrative and Reporting Duties

  • Track key sales metrics and analyse performance data
  • Prepare timely and accurate reports for management
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of sales activities, client interactions, and leads in a CRM system
  • Create and send proposals, quotes, and other sales documentation to clients

Market Research and Team Collaboration

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, understand competitors, and uncover new business opportunities
  • Work closely with internal teams such as marketing and customer support to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Engineering or Marketing
  • Good understanding of e-commerce or related business practices
