About the Role
Smartflow Technologies Limited is seeking a dedicated Senior Sales Coordinator to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. This is a key position that combines sales development, client relationship management, and administrative responsibilities to drive business growth and maintain strong client partnerships.
Prospecting and Lead Generation
- Identify potential clients through research, networking, cold calling, and other lead generation tools
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Set and achieve sales goals and targets
Product and Service Presentations
- Present products or services to clients with a focus on explaining features and benefits
- Negotiate terms of agreement and close deals to achieve sales targets
Client and Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to foster trust and loyalty
- Manage a portfolio of existing accounts and identify opportunities for upselling
- Ensure ongoing client satisfaction
- Handle and resolve client inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely manner
Administrative and Reporting Duties
- Track key sales metrics and analyse performance data
- Prepare timely and accurate reports for management
- Maintain accurate and organized records of sales activities, client interactions, and leads in a CRM system
- Create and send proposals, quotes, and other sales documentation to clients
Market Research and Team Collaboration
- Conduct market research to identify trends, understand competitors, and uncover new business opportunities
- Work closely with internal teams such as marketing and customer support to ensure a seamless client experience
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Engineering or Marketing
- Good understanding of e-commerce or related business practices
