Guinea Insurance plc is seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Advisor to drive revenue growth and strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to support company growth
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market developments
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve collective objectives
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and build trust through excellent service delivery
  • Prepare and present results to guide organizational decision-making
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to meet diverse client needs

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales within the financial services or insurance sector
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency in CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and forecast revenue
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Professional certification in CIIN (preferred)
