About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Relationship & Wealth Manager to join our team and drive high-value client engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and corporate clients, while providing expert financial advisory services and wealth management solutions.
This role requires a dynamic professional with deep market knowledge, strong networks, and a proven ability to drive asset growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain high-value clients (HNWIs and corporates)
- Identify client financial needs and deliver tailored wealth management solutions
- Mobilize deposits, manage investment portfolios, and promote asset growth
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships based on trust, confidentiality, and value delivery
- Cross-sell financial products and services to maximize client wallet share
- Conduct regular financial reviews and provide advisory on investment, savings, and credit solutions
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to guide client strategies
- Achieve set targets on deposits, revenue, and profitability
- Represent the institution in networking events, forums, and client meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline
- MBA or professional certifications such as CFA, ICAN, ACCA, or CIS (advantageous)
- 4+ years of experience in relationship management, wealth management, or private banking within financial services
- Proven record of achieving deposit mobilization and wealth management targets
- Strong network of HNWIs, corporates, and institutional clients
- Excellent advisory, negotiation, and business development skills
- Deep understanding of financial markets
