An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operational activities to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous operations.
  • Supervise field teams and contractors, ensuring work is executed in line with approved procedures and plans.
  • Coordinate work scheduling, resource allocation, and site logistics.
  • Monitor operational performance, productivity, and compliance with quality requirements.
  • Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies, permits, and operational standards.
  • Report operational status, challenges, and progress to management.
  • Support incident investigation, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to supervisors and technicians.
Requirements:
  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 12 years experience.
