Job Summary
This role reports to the Partner in charge of the Recruitment and Executive Search Unit and has dotted line relationships with other Partners. You will lead the strategic planning and execution of recruitment and executive search engagements, oversee client relationships, and drive the growth of the Recruitment & Executive Search Solutions Division. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality recruitment services, mentor team members, and contribute to the division's revenue and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and executive search projects
- Develop client portfolios, drive business development, and generate revenue
- Manage client relationships and provide strategic recruitment advice
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards
- Innovate and refine recruitment methodologies and tools
- Mentor and develop team members to foster professional growth
- Monitor division performance and contribute to thought leadership initiatives
- Manage project budgets and optimize operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (2nd Class minimum); advanced degrees/certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) preferred
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in recruitment, executive search, or talent acquisition
- Proven track record in client management, business development, and leading recruitment teams
- Strong project management, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, recruitment tools, and data analytics
