  • Minimum of three (3) years university teaching experience at Lecturer I or Librarian I level
  • Minimum of forty-five (45) admissible publications

Academic Leadership & Service Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) points in Academic Leadership/Administrative Responsibility
  • Minimum of three (3) points in Community Service

Professional Standing

  • Current membership in relevant professional body/bodies
  • Minimum of nine (9) publications
  • Visible profile on Google Scholar or ResearchGate
  • Minimum of ten (10) citations on academic platforms
