Requirements

• Ph.D. Degree or equivalent qualification in Public Relations or related specialization
• Minimum of three (3) years of university teaching experience as Lecturer I
• Minimum of forty-five (45) admissible publications
• Minimum citation count of ten (10)
• Minimum of forty-five (45) points in Job Appraisal
• Minimum of three (3) points in Academic Leadership/Administrative Responsibility
• Minimum of three (3) points in Community Service
• Current membership in relevant professional body/bodies
• Minimum of nine (9) publications as a professional body member
• Active research profile on Google Scholar or ResearchGate with minimum citation count of ten (10)
