## Title: Senior Lecturer in Public Administration

Federal University Oye-Ekiti is seeking a qualified Senior Lecturer in Public Administration to join our academic team.

PhD Degree or equivalent qualification
Minimum of three (3) years of university teaching experience at the Lecturer I/Librarian I level
Minimum of forty-five (45) admissible publications
Minimum citation count of ten (10)
Forty-five (45) points in Job Appraisal
Three (3) points in Academic Leadership/Administrative Responsibility
Three (3) points in Community Service
Current membership in relevant professional body/bodies
Minimum of nine (9) publications as a professional member
Visible academic profile on Google Scholar or ResearchGate with minimum citation count of ten (10)
