## Title: Senior Lecturer in Political Science & International Relations

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly competent and result-oriented Senior Lecturer with strong personal and professional integrity to join our dynamic team in the departments of Political Science & International Relations.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Ph.D. Degree in a relevant field
Minimum 6 years of experience in teaching, research, and administration
At least 7 publications in reputable journals
Evidence of continuous research activity
Demonstrated ability to supervise undergraduate and postgraduate students
Active affiliation with a professional body

Required Skills & Competencies

Well-developed interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Ability to prioritize and accurately complete tasks
Capacity to work independently and meet deadlines
Proficiency with MS Office Packages
Proficiency with video conferencing tools such as MS Teams
