Candidates must have a PhD or its equivalent with a minimum of three (3) years University teaching experience as Lecturer I/Librarian I in addition to admissible publications totaling not less than forty-five (45), Citation not less than 10 and Forty-five (45) points in Job Appraisal.

Must score three (3) points in Academic Leadership/Administrative Responsibility.

Candidate must be an up-to-date member of professional body/bodies with minimum number of publications not less than nine (9).

Must be visible on Google Scholar or Research Gate with citation not less than 10.
