Position Overview

A reputable legal practice is seeking a dedicated Senior IP Legal Associate to deliver sound legal advice and provide comprehensive intellectual property services to clients. This role is ideal for a skilled legal professional with a strong background in IP law and at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate legal and IP documents
Manage client relationships and supervise administrative and legal support staff
Provide IP-related legal opinions and oversee legal processes
Lead case research, contract execution, and dispute resolution
Contribute to knowledge sharing, training initiatives, and firm development

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Intellectual Property law
Strong legal background and expertise in IP matters
Proven ability to provide comprehensive legal counsel
