Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural planning and design process for interior projects
• Develop detailed drawings, construction documents, and space plans
• Conduct site assessments and prepare accurate measurements and technical specifications
• Select materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with design intent and client preferences
• Collaborate closely with design and project management teams to ensure seamless integration of design and structure
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants throughout project execution
• Review and approve shop drawings and architectural details
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and sustainable design principles
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and designers

Required Skills and Abilities

• Strong conceptual and spatial design thinking
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design tools
• Exceptional technical drawing and detailing skills
• Strong visual presentation and communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
• A keen eye for design aesthetics combined with architectural precision

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in interior architecture or design
• Proven experience in high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects
• Professional certification or registration is an advantage
