Position Overview
The HR Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. This role acts as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, driving organizational effectiveness, talent management, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership
- Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and translate them into HR strategies and initiatives
- Provide expert guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management
- Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
Talent Management
- Lead recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent for assigned business units
- Develop and implement succession planning and career development programs
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and improvement plans
- Identify skill gaps and coordinate training and development initiatives
Employee Relations
- Manage complex employee relations issues including conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary matters
- Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions in compliance with company policy and labor laws
- Promote positive employee relations and foster a culture of engagement and inclusion
Organizational Development
- Lead change management initiatives and organizational restructuring
- Facilitate team effectiveness and leadership development programs
- Analyze workforce metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement
- Support culture transformation and employee engagement initiatives
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies
- Partner with HR operations to ensure smooth execution of HR processes
- Manage compensation and benefits queries for assigned business units
