## Title: Senior General Manager – Real Estate & Construction Operations

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior General Manager to lead, scale, and transform our operations in FCT Abuja. You will drive strategic direction across all business units, combining deep expertise in real estate development and construction with exceptional leadership capabilities. This is an opportunity for a strategic operator and proven deal maker who elevates performance and converts opportunities into measurable success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and full operational direction for the Abuja business unit
  • Oversee all projects from concept to completion, ensuring top-tier quality and timely delivery
  • Drive operational efficiencies, profitability, and financial performance across all business lines
  • Identify business opportunities, create strategic alliances, and engage with high-level investors
  • Build and strengthen relationships with investors, government bodies, partners, and stakeholders
  • Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost optimization initiatives
  • Lead and mentor high-caliber teams across technical, commercial, and administrative departments
  • Drive market expansion, revenue growth, and competitive positioning
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, safety policies, and quality benchmarks
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and authority in all strategic engagements
  • Anticipate market shifts and evolve business strategy to maintain leadership position
  • Foster a results-driven, innovative, and collaborative organizational culture

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 10–15+ years in senior leadership roles within real estate development, construction, or related industries
  • Proven track record of success in driving operational efficiencies and profitability
  • Demonstrated expertise in business development and large-scale construction project management
  • Exceptional ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams
  • Strategic mindset with relentless execution capability—translating boardroom strategy into on-ground results
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management experience
  • Proven ability to build stakeholder relationships and navigate complex business environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with executive-level presence
