## Title: Senior Game Developer

The Role

We are looking for a versatile Game Developer who thrives at the intersection of robust application architecture and immersive gameplay. You are an architect who knows how to leverage Artificial Intelligence to streamline development, enhance NPC behaviors, and build smarter systems.

The ideal candidate can transition seamlessly from building a functional UI framework to fine-tuning the physics of a character's double-jump.

Key Responsibilities

  • Core Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance game logic and application frameworks using industry-standard engines (Unity)
  • Mechanics Design: Prototype and implement engaging game mechanics—from combat systems and inventory management to complex progression trees
  • AI Implementation: Integrate AI tools (LLMs, generative assets, or behavior trees) to enhance the player experience and optimize internal workflows
  • Systems Architecture: Build scalable back-end systems for applications, ensuring smooth data handling, API integration, and performance optimization
  • Cross-Platform Deployment: Ensure the game/application runs flawlessly across PC, Mobile, and/or Console environments

Required Technical Skills

  • Engines: Deep proficiency in Unity (C#)
  • Programming: Strong grasp of OOP, data structures, and design patterns
  • AI Skills: Experience with Prompt Engineering, integrating Open AI/Anthropic APIs, or using AI for procedural content generation (PCG)
  • Mechanics: Proven ability to script character controllers, physics, and state machines
  • General Application Development: Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and cloud services (AWS/Firebase)

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with Machine Learning (PyTorch/TensorFlow) or custom AI agents
  • Portfolio that includes both a published game and a functional non-game application
  • Knowledge of shaders, VFX, and performance profiling
