We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain Accurate Records for All Vehicles, including service history, repairs, and inspection reports.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external service providers such as auto mechanics, parts suppliers, and regulatory agencies. Ensure timely procurement of spare parts and resolve issues that may arise with minimal impact on operations.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of all company vehicles, ensuring they are roadworthy, in optimal condition, and ready for use at all times. Implement preventive maintenance strategies to reduce vehicle downtime and extend lifespan.
  • Plan and coordinate routine servicing, mechanical repairs, and inspections in line with manufacturer recommendations and company policy. Ensure that all maintenance activities are completed on time and documented accordingly.
  • Monitor and negotiate the purchase of the vehicle spare part, and ensure repairs are properly completed. Verify the effectiveness of the repair carried out.
  • Ensure all vehicles are compliant with relevant transport regulations, including licensing. Promote and enforce safety procedures in line with statutory requirements and best practices.
Requirements:
  • BSc/HND in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in fleet or vehicle management.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and road regulations.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
