Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Business Insights

• Partner with business units to provide financial insights that improve operational efficiency and profitability
• Conduct scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, feasibility studies, and business case evaluations to guide strategic initiatives
• Provide recommendations on cost optimization, revenue growth, and capital allocation
• Continuously improve financial models, tools, and processes to enhance reporting efficiency and decision support

Financial Operations & Reporting

• Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data through regular reconciliations and analysis
• Prepare management presentations and performance dashboards for senior leadership
• Collaborate with auditors, external stakeholders, and cross-functional teams on financial matters

Required Qualifications

Education & Certification

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance
• ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant) professional qualification
• 8 years of relevant experience
