Role Description

The Senior Finance Analyst is responsible for driving financial insights, operational finance excellence, ensuring compliance with tax and statutory obligations, and delivering accurate and timely reporting. The role is hands-on, with a focus on financial operations, tax compliance, and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including payables, receivables, and reconciliations
• Prepare monthly management and financial reports, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs
• Conduct variance analysis and highlight key drivers of performance for management review
• Oversee tax compliance processes (PAYE, VAT, WHT, CIT, NSITF, Pension, etc.), ensuring timely filings and remittances

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in the finance function
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (QuickBooks, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional qualification completed or in progress (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
