Job Summary

We are seeking a business-oriented and result-driven senior credit and marketing officer to oversee the company's ongoing marketing operations and drive strategic initiatives that align with business goals.

The candidate will play a crucial role in scaling the organization, attracting loans and deposits from prospects, enhancing efficiency, and implementing operational excellence across the business development departments.

Note: The candidate must be currently working on the island within a financial institution.

About the Role

Candidates with experience in marketing, an MBA, or a master's degree will have an added advantage given the sector's fast-paced, regulatory, and technology-driven nature.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns aligned with business objectives
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities
• Plan and coordinate promotional events, sponsorships, and brand activations
• Oversee the production of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, presentations, etc.)
• Maintain and update the company website and social media accounts
• Collaborate with sales teams to generate leads and support business development
• Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
• Work closely with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement the company's strategic goals and objectives

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related fields
• 8 to 12 years of managerial or senior leadership experience
• MBA or master's degree in a related field (preferred)
• Experience within the fintech industry (preferred)
• Experience working in the banking sector (advantageous)
• Proven track record of scaling organizations and leading cross-functional teams
