Job Summary

We are seeking a business-oriented and result-driven Senior Credit and Marketing Officer to oversee our company's marketing operations and drive strategic initiatives aligned with business goals. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in scaling the organization, attracting loans and deposits from prospects, enhancing efficiency, and implementing operational excellence across business development departments.

Note: The candidate must be currently working on the island within a financial institution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns aligned with business objectives
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new business opportunities
• Plan and coordinate promotional events, sponsorships, and brand activations
• Oversee the production of marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and presentations
• Maintain and update the company website and social media accounts
• Collaborate with sales teams to generate leads and support business development
• Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
• Work closely with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement strategic goals and objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
• 8 to 12 years of managerial or senior leadership experience
• Proven track record of scaling organizations and leading cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or master's degree in a related field
• Experience within the fintech industry
• Experience in the banking sector
