This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. Position Overview:
  • The candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the bank’s core banking applications, ensuring system stability, resolving complex issues, and supporting business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide end-to-end support for core banking applications
  • Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and system issues
  • Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements
  • Work closely with vendors, developers, and internal teams
  • Ensure minimal downtime of banking systems
  • Mentor junior team members where required
Required Skills & Experience
  • 10–12 years hands-on experience in core banking application support
  • Experience with any core banking system (platform not restricted)
  • Strong understanding of banking operations
  • Experience in production support environments
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
