A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Position Overview:
  • We are recruiting two exceptionally strong Senior Communications Experts to provide strategic leadership across high-level communication, visibility, and knowledge management portfolios within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • This is a senior, intellectually demanding role. We seek professionals with the strategic depth, technical mastery, and institutional maturity required to shape narratives, influence policy discourse, protect organisational reputation, and drive high-impact communication frameworks.
  • These positions are suited to individuals who understand that communication is not merely dissemination, but a core instrument of governance, influence, and institutional credibility.
Role Overview
  • The Senior Communications Experts will lead the design and execution of integrated communication strategies aligned with institutional priorities.
  • They will operate at both strategic and operational levels, translating complex policy, technical, and programme content into compelling, audience-specific outputs for senior government officials, international partners, donors, media, and the public.
  • The roles require the ability to move seamlessly between executive advisory functions and hands-on delivery, ensuring communication outputs meet the highest standards of rigour, clarity, and influence.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication and visibility strategies.
  • Lead narrative architecture for programmes, reforms, and policy initiatives.
  • Produce executive-grade briefing notes, speeches, reports, thought leadership pieces, and strategic messaging frameworks.
  • Design and oversee multi-channel campaigns across digital, broadcast, print, and event platforms.
  • Provide advisory support on reputation management and crisis communication.
  • Coordinate high-level stakeholder engagement and media relations.
  • Oversee multimedia production workflows, ensuring quality control and brand alignment.
  • Institutionalise knowledge management systems to capture, structure, and disseminate learning.
Required Profile
  • Advanced degree in Communications, Public Policy, International Relations, Media Studies, or a related discipline.
  • 8–10 years of demonstrable experience in strategic communications, preferably within government, multilateral, international development, or high-level corporate settings.
  • Proven experience advising senior leadership and navigating politically sensitive environments.
  • Exceptional writing, analytical, and editorial capability, with a portfolio of executive-level outputs.
