Position Overview
We are seeking a highly driven, commercially astute, and entrepreneurial Senior Relationship Manager to join our Wealth Management division. This role is central to the growth strategy of the firm.
The successful candidate will be responsible for originating new ultra-high net-worth (UHNW) client relationships, growing Assets Under Management (AUM), deepening existing client engagements, and contributing directly to the firm's financial performance targets.
This is a senior, revenue-generating role suited to a relationship-driven professional who combines strong investment knowledge with proven business development capability. The position is fast-paced, performance-oriented, and highly visible within the organisation. Cultural alignment, discretion, and professionalism are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Originate and onboard new UHNW client relationships through personal networks, referrals, and strategic outreach
- Identify and pursue new opportunities across Abuja, Lagos, London, Chicago, and Dubai
- Develop and execute a structured business development plan aligned with firm growth objectives
- Present the firm's value proposition to prospects and intermediaries
- Convert prospects into long-term advisory relationships
- Drive measurable growth in AUM by achieving defined revenue and AUM growth targets
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as primary relationship manager for assigned clients
- Develop deep understanding of client financial objectives, risk appetite, and long-term goals
- Coordinate with the Investment Advisory team to deliver tailored portfolio solutions
- Ensure exceptional client experience through proactive communication and responsiveness
- Manage onboarding processes, documentation, and ongoing service requirements
- Retain and grow existing client relationships and AUM
