About the Role

We are seeking to hire three (3) experienced Civil Engineers to join our growing team in Abuja. This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. We're looking for highly skilled professionals with over 10 years of hands-on experience in real estate and construction projects.

Candidates must be COREN certified and possess a strong background in structural designs, project supervision, and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end construction projects from design to execution
• Review and validate structural designs and drawings
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and quality control
• Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure timely delivery of projects
• Prepare technical reports, BOQs, and cost estimates
• Liaise with architects, quantity surveyors, and project managers to align project objectives and resolve issues
• Ensure strict compliance with COREN, Nigerian building codes, and industry best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution
• Minimum of 10 years post-graduation working experience in construction or real estate
• COREN certification (mandatory)
• Proficiency in structural design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD Pro, or similar)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proven track record of successfully completed commercial or residential building projects
• Must be resident in FCT, Abuja
