Senior Accountant (Revenue Operations) at First Excelsia

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations across various revenue and balance sheet accounts
• Analyze monthly financial results, variances, and trends across business units, segments, and regions; investigate discrepancies and provide insights
• Develop, monitor, and analyze KPIs and reporting metrics for revenue operations
• Collaborate with the Global Business Services (GBS) team to automate, streamline, and review accounting processes
• Partner with financial statement line-item owners and cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, Operations, Product, etc.) to ensure accurate reporting
• Lead and execute process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance scalability and efficiency
• Own internal controls documentation; enhance and maintain compliance with SOX and internal policies
• Support external audit requests, internal audit testing, and special projects as needed
• Create efficient end-to-end processes that improve accuracy, timeliness, and transparency in reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3+ years of professional accounting or finance experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to convey key information clearly to partners and stakeholders
