Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, and taxation. This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide financial advice and support to clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and tax returns for individuals, businesses, and organizations
• Manage clients' financial reporting processes, including preparation of periodic management accounts, bank and other reconciliation exercises, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll processes, and cost and management accounts for accuracy and efficiency
• Support strategic decision-making through accurate financial reporting
• Perform audits, reviews, and evaluations of financial records and transactions to ensure accuracy, legality, and compliance with regulations
• Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation
• Stay updated on accounting principles, regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance and best practices
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records, documents, and databases

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in accounting or financial advisory services
• Chartered Accountant certification
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax laws
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in SAGE and QUICKBOOKS
• Integrity and professionalism in handling confidential financial information
