Senior Accountant at Triton International Company Limited

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to strengthen our finance team and support management with accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Maintain the general ledger and perform regular reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with statutory obligations (PAYE, VAT, WHT, etc.)
• Supervise and guide junior accounting staff
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and cash flow
• Coordinate internal and external audits
• Provide timely financial insights and reports to management
• Maintain proper financial documentation and internal controls

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 4–6 years of relevant accounting experience
• Professional certification (ICAN/ACCA) is an added advantage
• Strong understanding of accounting standards and Nigerian tax laws
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
