Senior Accountant at Limeswood Int'l Company

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Limeswood Int'l Company as a Senior Accountant. In this role, you will oversee the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate accounting records, compliance with financial regulations, and proper reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting

• Maintain accurate financial records and general ledgers
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations
• Track revenue, expenses, budgets, and cash flow

Regulatory & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory deductions, and remittances (PAYE, VAT, WHT, Pension, ITF, NSITF)
• Liaise with auditors, tax offices, and regulatory agencies during audits and filings
• Maintain documentation required for tax audits and regulatory reporting

Financial Control

• Implement and monitor internal controls to prevent fraud and financial mismanagement
• Approve expense requests, verify supporting documents, and ensure policy compliance
• Monitor asset ledger, depreciation schedules, and inventory records

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare management reports including cash flow forecasts, P&L, balance sheets, and variance reports
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to management
• Support budgeting and long-term financial planning

Team Support & Coordination

• Supervise junior finance staff and ensure accuracy of entries
• Support procurement and operations with cost analysis and financial review
• Ensure timely submission of departmental financial data

Key Requirements

• BSc in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ICAN/ACCA is an added advantage)
• Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience in accounting
• Expertise in financial reporting and analysis
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and trustworthy professional
• Experience managing full-cycle accounting in a growing organization
